Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with your local courier’s final shipment number, eg USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post etc. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the tracking information to appear on the courier's website, as it will only activate once the package is processed into your country’s customs and scanned into their network.

To the US, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. There’s no extra cost after you pay your order.

We offer a 30 day returns policy, which means you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
