Shipping policy

We are based in China and ship internationally.

Estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days for most countries.

Please understand that it’s estimated delivery date. Not guaranteed by the carrier.

We send out all the orders within 3 business days.

Tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout, so please make sure it is correct. Please check your spam if you couldn't find your order confirmation.

We send via 4PX.

Please track your order through https://track.4px.com/.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with your local courier’s final shipment number, eg USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post etc. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the tracking information to appear on the courier's website, as it will only activate once the package is processed into your country’s customs and scanned into their network.

To the US, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. There’s no extra cost after you pay your order.

If you cannot select your delivery country at checkout, please contact us for a delivery quote and we will help you complete your order.
